Job Title: Business Development Manager – UK & Select International Markets
Location: United Kingdom (flexible within region)

The Role:
* Drive new business across the UK and contribute to building international pipelines in selected markets.
* Generate meetings and opportunities through creative, multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, events, and in-person).
* Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline of prospective clients, with a focus on contractors and manufacturing companies.
* Progressively take ownership of deals, learning from leadership, with the expectation to close own accounts within 12 months.
* Represent the company externally, including at events, showcasing the brand with energy and professionalism.
* Work closely with leadership to refine strategies, optimise outbound efforts, and shape the company’s growth in new markets.
The Requirements:
* Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, Eastern European) advantageous.
* Outgoing, energetic, and proactive with a genuine hunter mentality.
* Proven ability to open doors and generate new business; construction or technology experience beneficial but not essential.
* Comfortable working in the field and independently while collaborating closely with a small team.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with an appetite to learn quickly and take initiative.
* Ambition to develop into a full Account Executive role over time.
The Process:
* 1st: Video call with the founder to assess energy, motivation, and approach to business development.
* 2nd: Practical assessment of prospecting skills and pipeline-building capability, followed by discussion with leadership.
* 3rd: Final discussion on role, growth trajectory, and remuneration package.
