Account Executive – Developer & Client-Side Construction Technology
Location:
United Kingdom (Hybrid / National Travel)

The Role:
* Lead new business and strategic account development within UK developers, asset owners, and client-side project teams.
* Build high-impact relationships across development, project management, commercial, and digital/innovation functions.
* Own the full sales cycle – from mapping portfolios and prospecting priority accounts through to shaping multi-project and enterprise-level agreements.
* Act as a consultant-partner, helping clients understand how data-driven insights can reduce programme risk, enhance governance, and drive delivery certainty.
* Work closely with customer success and product teams to expand adoption across wider project pipelines and long-term investment programmes.
The Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience selling into UK developers, asset owners, or client-side project organisations (construction, proptech, SaaS, or capital projects).
* Track record of winning and managing strategic B2B accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder structures.
* Exceptional relationship builder with strong commercial intuition and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
* Consultative, credible, and confident working across technical, commercial, and project delivery teams.
* Comfortable managing long sales cycles that involve governance, approval processes, and cross-functional engagement.
* Passionate about how technology can improve risk management, programme performance, and investment outcomes.
* Resilient, target-driven, and able to operate autonomously within a fast-paced global scale-up.
