Job Title:
Account Manager – Construction Software
Location:
Hybrid (1 day per week in South Midlands office)

The Role:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers across the construction sector.
* Drive adoption of a suite of project planning and delivery tools – including SaaS solutions and professional services.
* Proactively engage customer stakeholders to understand workflows, uncover commercial opportunities, and position additional products.
* Own the full sales cycle for upsell and cross-sell activity, from discovery through to close.
* Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and CRM updates while contributing insights to product and marketing teams.
* Represent the business professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and internal sessions.
The Requirements:
* 2-5 years’ experience in software sales or account management (construction, engineering, or related sectors ideal).
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex software solutions.
* Proven track record of nurturing customer relationships and achieving revenue targets.
* Excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and an ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Bonus: experience with structured sales methodologies; background selling into the built environment.
* Motivated, proactive, and eager to grow both commercially and technically.
