Overview:

Join a premier, award-winning agency that sits at the forefront of the global iGaming landscape. We are looking for an analytical and relationship-driven Affiliate Manager to manage high-value partnerships across an international brand portfolio. This isn’t just about managing a “black book”; it’s about having the agility and technical aptitude to truly add value to a business that prizes innovation and creative problem-solving.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the affiliate lifecycle, from onboarding through to profitable, long-term success. If you are a data-savvy professional who thrives on monitoring profitability and making considered, intelligent decisions to maximize ROI, this is your next career move.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute strategies to efficiently onboard and integrate new partners into the ecosystem.
  • Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial deals that align with specific business targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing and conversion teams to ensure acquisition funnels are optimized and tested.
  • Provide detailed monitoring and reporting on critical metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Perform ongoing optimization of existing deals to ensure sustainable, long-term profitability.
  • Foster and maintain high-level relationships with key affiliate partners.
  • Present performance summaries and strategic reports to senior and executive management.

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience within the online gaming (iGaming) industry is required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel is essential, specifically the ability to use Pivot Tables and Vlookups for data analysis.
  • Tooling: Experience with ReferOn or MyAffiliates is highly advantageous; familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or VPN tools is a plus.
  • Tracking Knowledge: Solid understanding of online tracking, including cookies, postbacks, and dynamic parameters.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to interpret complex data and present it in a meaningful, engaging way to stakeholders.
  • Autonomy: A self-sufficient worker who values decisiveness and can prioritize tasks in a complex, fast-moving organization.
  • Travel: Ability to travel internationally (approx. 2-3 weeks per year) for industry conferences in locations such as the UK and Spain.

Please note: Only candidates with the relevant experience will be contacted. If you haven’t heard from us within 2 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
