We are looking for an analytical and relationship-driven Affiliate Manager to manage high-value partnerships across an international brand portfolio. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and execute strategies to efficiently onboard and integrate new partners into the ecosystem.
- Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial deals that align with specific business targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing and conversion teams to ensure acquisition funnels are optimized and tested.
- Provide detailed monitoring and reporting on critical metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and retention.
- Perform ongoing optimization of existing deals to ensure sustainable, long-term profitability.
- Foster and maintain high-level relationships with key affiliate partners.
- Present performance summaries and strategic reports to senior and executive management.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience within the online gaming (iGaming) industry is required.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel is essential, specifically the ability to use Pivot Tables and Vlookups for data analysis.
- Tooling: Experience with ReferOn or MyAffiliates is highly advantageous; familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or VPN tools is a plus.
- Tracking Knowledge: Solid understanding of online tracking, including cookies, postbacks, and dynamic parameters.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to interpret complex data and present it in a meaningful, engaging way to stakeholders.
- Autonomy: A self-sufficient worker who values decisiveness and can prioritize tasks in a complex, fast-moving organization.
- Travel: Ability to travel internationally (approx. 2-3 weeks per year) for industry conferences in locations such as the UK and Spain.
