AI Strategist & Venture Builder

Overview

My client is seeking an exceptional AI Strategist & Venture Builder to work directly with the Founder across a diverse portfolio of businesses and emerging ventures spanning luxury travel, hospitality, membership clubs, leisure, sports, and consumer services.

This is not a traditional AI engineering, data science, or IT position. We are looking for a commercially minded innovator who can identify, design, and implement practical AI solutions that drive measurable business value while helping shape the AI strategy of both established businesses and new ventures.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities where artificial intelligence, autonomous agents, automation, and emerging technologies can enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, accelerate growth, and create entirely new AI-enabled products and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute AI strategies across multiple businesses and venture initiatives.
• Identify high-impact opportunities for AI adoption that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions, including autonomous agents, intelligent workflows, and customer-facing AI products.
• Partner directly with the Founder to evaluate, prioritise, and launch new AI-enabled business opportunities.
• Build and oversee proof-of-concepts, pilots, and scalable AI implementations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and vendors to ensure strategic alignment and competitive advantage.
• Drive innovation across marketing, sales, customer acquisition, operations, and service delivery functions.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear commercial opportunities and actionable business initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and technology providers to deliver AI projects successfully.
• Establish frameworks, processes, and governance for the responsible adoption of AI technologies.

• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing AI-driven business initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience working in startup, founder-led, or high-growth environments.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and convert ideas into scalable products or services.
• Excellent commercial judgement and strategic thinking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable operating across strategy, innovation, product development, and execution.
• Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience within hospitality, luxury travel, leisure, membership businesses, consumer services, or related sectors.
• Exposure to AI product development, automation platforms, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience launching new products, ventures, or digital businesses.
• Consulting, innovation, venture-building, or transformation experience is highly desirable.
