Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the brand’s strategy across Amazon and other major marketplaces, driving sustainable growth.
- Ensure customer activation plans align with wider business guidance and local market strategy.
- Execute integrated commercial plans in partnership with media, content, and retail teams to maximise launch impact, visibility, and availability.
- Brief external agency partners on paid media activity to support strong execution across on-platform display and search.
- Identify digital commerce volume opportunities and implement actions to drive incremental growth.
- Maintain a strong understanding of commercial performance and profitability, using financial insight to evaluate investment-led growth opportunities.
- Deliver detailed monthly performance reporting across digital channels, providing clear insight into drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Track, analyse, and interpret e-commerce performance data, using insights to optimise execution and inform future planning.
- Execute growth strategies across non-traditional and pureplay ecommerce partners.
- Assess brand suitability for emerging social commerce channels and make clear, data-led recommendations for activation.
- Support the development of commercial forecasts and profitability views to enable business approval.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Amazon execution, including hands-on experience managing complex online retail ecosystems. Ideally across 1p and 3p.
- Solid understanding of the UK retail and ecommerce landscape, including evolving consumer behaviours.
- Working knowledge of emerging social commerce platforms and activation models.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive, self-directed working style with confidence in owning and shaping an independent agenda.
- Strong relationship management capability, able to collaborate effectively with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Highly analytical mindset with a focus on measurement, insight generation, and continuous performance improvement.
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into clear strategic and operational decisions.
