Chief Revenue Officer – Technology Services
UK | Hybrid | Competitive base, OTE + equity
Our client is a PE-backed technology services business that helps enterprise organisations get real value from cloud and AI. Its work covers data migration and modernisation, data and analytics, AI adoption, application development and managed services. It has a strong reputation, great clients and ambitious investors, and is now looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to lead its next stage of growth, targeting 20% a year.
The role
You will own the full revenue engine and report to the CEO, with direct exposure to the board and investors. You’ll bring structure and discipline to how the business wins, grows and forecasts. You’ll make revenue more predictable and repeatable, and broaden the routes to market across a growing partner ecosystem.
What you’ll bring
A services background. You have led revenue in a consulting, professional services or managed services business, not a product company.
Forecasting and pipeline rigour. You’ve run a real forecast structure with defined categories, cadence and accountability, and can show it landing. You’re comfortable answering detailed pipeline questions from investors on the spot.
An embedded sales methodology. You’ve implemented MEDDIC or a similar methodology and made it part of how deals are run, reviewed and coached, not a box-ticking exercise.
Growth. You have a track record of delivering 20%+ growth as the accountable revenue leader, and the ability to build a credible plan to do it again.
Repeatable revenue. You’ve turned project work into long-term, recurring client relationships.
Partner-led growth. You’ve added new technology partners to a go-to-market while protecting and growing established partner relationships.
Sales operating model. You’ve designed comp plans, onboarding and enablement that drive the right behaviours.
Transformation leadership. You’ve led change in a sales organisation, and you have the gravitas to set a high bar and hold a team to it.
Why apply
This is a rare chance to shape the commercial future of a respected services business at a pivotal point. You’ll have investor backing, a strong platform, and a meaningful equity stake in the outcome.
All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
