We’re supporting a global digital platform in their search for a Content Specialist to join a high-performing content operations team.

This role will focus on creating, maintaining and quality-checking digital content at scale. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with large volumes of content, using AI-assisted tools and managing detailed content workflows in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating and maintaining digital content across multiple listings and content types
• Reviewing content to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality standards are met
• Managing asset organisation, tagging and content clean-up activities
• Using AI-assisted tools to refine and optimise content
• Conducting quality assurance checks across content, imagery and metadata
• Managing content updates across multiple platforms and systems
• Working across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality content
• Supporting process improvements and identifying content discrepancies

What we’re looking for:

• Experience within content operations, content management, editorial, digital content or e-commerce environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organised approach to work
• Excellent written English and editing capabilities
• Comfortable using AI-assisted content tools
• Experience managing large volumes of content within structured workflows
• Experience within the travel, hospitality or OTA (Online Travel Agency) sector would be highly beneficial
• Additional language skills would be advantageous
