A rapidly growing marketing and eCommerce agency is seeking a talented Creative Copywriter / Manager to join its Client Services Team. The company delivers market-leading marketing and eCommerce solutions for retail clients across the UK and Western Europe.

This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in the development and delivery of creative campaigns, working closely with designers and directors as part of a young and dynamic team. The role involves both hands-on copywriting and the management of design assets for email campaigns, as well as direct communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

📝 Copywriting

• Producing engaging and effective copy for email campaigns, including:
  • Promotions
  • Partnerships
  • Product launches
  • Hypercare journeys
  • Activations
  • Competitions

📅 Internal Job Management

• Planning and scheduling tasks with the Design team
• Liaising with designers throughout each project
• Managing internal ticketing systems and client activity trackers

🤝 Client Liaison

• Leading regular client calls (weekly and monthly)
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and responding to client requests

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven copywriting experience within digital marketing, preferably within agency environment
• Previous experience in email campaign management
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective time management
• Confident communication with clients and internal teams
• Problem-solving abilities
