Salt has partnered with one of Australia’s leading tech and infrastructure companies and we have an urgent requirement for an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to provide support to the team on a temporary ongoing basis. Working out of their Headquarters located in Melbourne CBD, you will be the one setting the initial impressions and ensuring the smooth operations of the office!
What you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting employees, vendors, suppliers, contractors, couriers and visitors and organising daily passes
- Delivering exceptional customer service and manage reception operations
- Organising and managing events including catering and coordinating various activities
- Providing assistance with scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, purchase orders, invoices and other administrative duties
What you will bring:
- Must have 1-2 years’ previous experience in Corporate Receptionist/Workplace Concierge role
- Pronto experience (preferred, not essential)
- You have great communication and interpersonal skills
- Always striving for excellence and consistently maintaining a positive attitude
- A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to support the wider team as needed
- Must be available for an immediate start!
