Our client, a leading gaming company, is looking for an AI Architect – Creative to embed Generative AI into their production workflows and take creative innovation to the next level. What You’ll Do

• Champion AI-first workflows for video, static image, audio and playable ads
• Build and refine AI-powered creative pipelines using local, open-source models
• Maintain expertise in diffusion models and tools such as ComfyUI, Fooocus and Automatic1111
• Train and upskill creative teams through workshops and hands-on guidance
• Lead R&D into emerging AI technologies and workflows
• Support playable ad production with AI-driven asset generation
• Drive efficiency and quality while reducing production time

• Proven experience with generative AI and diffusion models
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to productionise features
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Passion for gaming and curiosity about emerging AI trends
• Collaborative mindset with adaptability in creative environments

• Salary: Up to £85,000
• Hybrid: 3 days in office
• Reports to Director of AI & Technology
• Initial focus on a specific game project
• Creative team primarily based in India
• Interview process includes senior leadership discussion and possible technical test/presentation
