Enterprise Account Executive (All Genders)

Munich, Berlin, Remote (Germany)

The Role:
* Take full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and closing
* Drive growth across key industry sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, chemicals, or logistics
* Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
* Deliver value-driven solutions to help clients tackle complex carbon management and sustainability challenges
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment with client needs
* Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records while contributing to broader revenue strategy
The Requirements:
* Extensive experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales, managing full sales cycles
* Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Proven track record in enterprise account growth and “Land and Expand” strategies
* Experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, chemicals, or logistics is highly advantageous
* Interest or experience in climate tech, carbon management, or sustainability solutions
* CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong analytical capabilities
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Team player with a proactive mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Willingness to travel occasionally between Munich, Berlin, and client sites
The Process:
* 1st: Initial phone/video interview with Recruitment Team
* 2nd: Panel interview with Sales Leadership and Cross-functional Stakeholders
* 3rd: Final interview with Senior Leadership
*Rates depend on experience and client requirements
