Overview:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Bookkeeper / Financial Administrator to join a fast-paced, creative environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about numbers, detail-orientated, and enjoys variety in their workday. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial administration, supporting the team with key finance processes, and ensuring smooth operational flow.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage debtors and creditors
- Bank allocations, reconciliations, and payments
- Month-end reporting and journal entries
- Cash flow and inter-company account management
- Handle payroll queries, VAT, and expense claims
- General admin support including bookings, credit apps, and insurance
- Maintain company compliance documentation
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in bookkeeping or financial administration
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Proficient in Sage, Dext, and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
