Overview
Seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to build, deploy, and implement AI-driven solutions within enterprise environments. This role focuses on developing agentic platforms, LLM-powered applications, and scalable AI systems while working closely with client stakeholders and engineering teams to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

Design and build agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks.
Develop LLM orchestration solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related technologies.
Build multi-agent systems supporting tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and decision-making.
Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise data sources.
Integrate AI platforms with APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
Deploy and configure workloads across Kubernetes environments.
Design deployment architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
Work directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout engagements.

Requirements

8+ years of commercial software engineering experience at a senior level.
Strong experience designing and building AI/ML solutions, particularly agentic systems.
Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks.
Experience with LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and enterprise AI applications.
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Experience deploying applications using Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of cloud, on-premise, and hybrid architectures.
Strong consulting skills with experience delivering complex client engagements.
Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments with evolving requirements.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
