We’re looking for a senior marketing professional to lead end-to-end marketing for a portfolio of regional and international exhibitions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and managing marketing strategy and execution for assigned exhibitions
  • Leading innovative, integrated marketing and PR campaigns to drive attendance, revenue, and brand growth
  • Working closely with Exhibition Directors and Managers on show development, including conferences, awards, and special events
  • Managing creative development, ensuring brand identity and quality standards are met
  • Overseeing onsite exhibition marketing activities (press conferences, media centres, press days)
  • Driving data management, database growth, and market research to identify new show opportunities
  • Managing agencies, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns

Requirements:

  • Marketing or Business degree
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience (exhibitions/events industry preferred)
  • Strong strategic, creative, and operational marketing expertise
  • Experience leading teams, agencies, and complex campaigns

Strong understanding of business management and revenue growth
