About the Role

This is a hands-on HR Advisor role where no two days look the same, and that’s exactly the point!

You’ll be supporting a diverse workforce, working closely with leaders, and navigating everything from employee challenges to process improvement. This isn’t a role where everything is perfectly structured, we’re looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, figuring things out, and making things work better.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, reporting to a People Leader who will coach and mentor you, but in return, you’ll bring curiosity, ownership, and the confidence to run with things.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead ER cases across attendance, performance, and early-stage issues, applying sound judgement to find practical, fair outcomes
  • Partner daily with leaders, coaching them to handle people challenges confidently and effectively
  • Coordinate onboarding and the wider employee lifecycle, ensuring consistently positive experiences
  • Manage events and benefits, bringing the employee experience to life through company-wide initiatives, onsite provider engagement, and benefits administration
  • Identify gaps in processes and take the initiative to improve how things are done

What You’ll Need to Bring

  • Demonstrated HR Advisor or strong Coordinator experience with exposure to ER case management
  • The confidence to work directly with leaders and provide practical guidance
  • A proactive mindset, with examples of improving processes or stepping beyond your remit
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across HR processes
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
