HR SPECIALIST

As HR Specialist you will be accountable for supporting the delivery of all central HR activities into a business function. Supporting the Business Partners and delivery across reward, talent & development, employee relations, culture & engagement, diversity & inclusion initiatives. Providing guidance to managers and employees while collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting delivery of the functional people plans aligned to the broader people agenda.
Support organisational design and change execution, including integration programmes and structural transitions.
Support employment cost forecasting and budgeting
Support employee relations cases, ensuring legal compliance and business continuity.
Align cross-functional HR priorities, frameworks, and initiatives to enable consistent delivery and impact.
Champion inclusive practices and cultural transformation.
Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to embed consistent policies and frameworks.
Support the execution of strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives.
