A specialised international tech consultancy is looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise projects alongside highly skilled technical teams in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting Project Managers across the full project lifecycle
• Coordinating teams, timelines, meetings, and deliverables
• Managing project documentation, reporting, and tracking
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams
• Assisting with budgeting, scheduling, and project administration
• Tracking project changes, risks, and action items
• Contributing to continuous process improvements
• Coordinating travel arrangements where required

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in an IT Project Coordinator or Project Administration role
• Degree qualification (IT-related preferred)
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Driver’s license essential
