Overview:
A dynamic, fast-growing property group is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to coordinate and oversee marketing activity across a high-value commercial property portfolio.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who understands the full marketing function and enjoys bringing structure, accountability and momentum to projects. Acting as the central link between internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers, the successful candidate will ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on budget and in line with business objectives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early leadership experience who is ready to take ownership of multiple marketing projects while developing their management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing projects from planning through to delivery
- Translate business objectives into clear marketing plans and campaign briefs
- Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables and stakeholder expectations
- Act as the key liaison between marketing, sales, operations, agencies and suppliers
- Delegate work effectively and ensure accountability across internal and external teams
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand standards and business goals
- Monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks and provide regular status updates
- Review campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage relationships with creative, print, signage, media and digital partners
- Provide regular updates to management on project status, deliverables and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- 3 plus years’ experience in marketing management, account management, campaign management or marketing coordination
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent organisational, communication and briefing skills
- Experience working with agencies, suppliers or cross-functional teams
- Early people management, leadership or mentoring experience advantageous
- Ability to delegate effectively and drive projects to completion
