The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Lead Android Engineer to provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development. You’ll lead a team of engineers, drive architecture and engineering best practices, and deliver scalable, high-performance Android applications in a collaborative Agile environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of Android applications.
• Mentor and manage a team of Android engineers.
• Drive technical strategy, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Partner with Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-impact features.
• Lead code reviews and modernize existing applications.
• Help shape the technical roadmap and improve development processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of Android development experience.
• 2+ years leading or managing Android engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and modern Android development.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, MVI, Coroutines, Flow, RxJava, REST APIs, and CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, performance optimization, testing, and scalable system design.
• Experience working with legacy code modernization.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Lead iOS Engineer to provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development. You’ll lead a team of iOS engineers, influence architecture and engineering standards, and help deliver world-class mobile experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the architecture and development of enterprise iOS applications.
• Mentor, coach, and manage a team of iOS engineers.
• Drive technical direction, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver new features.
• Lead modernization efforts, including migrating legacy Objective-C code to Swift.
• Help define the technical roadmap and improve engineering processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of iOS development experience.
• 2+ years leading or managing iOS engineering teams.
• Expert-level Swift experience and strong knowledge of modern iOS architecture.
• Experience with UIKit, MVVM, REST APIs, Objective-C, CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization.
• Strong architecture, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
