About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a global technology leader that is shaping the future of AI, high-performance computing (HPC), and enterprise infrastructure. Their software powers large-scale AI and HPC environments used by organizations around the world, and they’re looking for a Manager of Software Product Management to lead a team responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of innovative software products.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Management leader who enjoys developing people, partnering closely with Engineering, and delivering highly technical software products in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Software Product Managers.
• Drive execution across the software product portfolio, ensuring high-quality product delivery and roadmap execution.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities and align product strategy.
• Establish consistent product management processes, planning, prioritization, and operating rhythms.
• Support product managers in navigating complex technical decisions, trade-offs, and customer requirements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-focused innovation.
• Contribute to portfolio planning while ensuring individual product teams are empowered to own day-to-day product decisions.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is an asset).
• 10+ years of Product Management experience within enterprise software, infrastructure software, AI/ML, HPC, cloud platforms, or distributed systems.
• 3+ years of experience leading Product Managers or other Product leaders.
• Experience delivering complex software platforms from strategy through release.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing product teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
