4-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We’re looking for a confident, detail-oriented, and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join the team on a 4-month fixed-term contract within the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple marketing and administrative functions independently while supporting the overall marketing strategy and event calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital updates

• Assist with event planning, supplier coordination, and on-site setup and breakdown

• Compile marketing reports, foot count stats, and post-event feedback

• Approve social media content, update websites, and support customer engagement platforms

• Handle general administration and tenant liaison as needed

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in a marketing coordination or similar role

• Excellent administrative and reporting skills with strong attention to detail

• Confident, mature, and able to work independently

• Flexible to work occasional weekends or late nights during event periods

Additional Information:
No leave will be permitted between 19 December and 14 January, or during event setup/breakdown periods (unless in emergencies). Time off may be taken in lieu of weekend or late-night work.
