Overview
A global leader in the international exhibitions and conferences sector is looking for a Registration Executive to serve as the critical quality benchmark for its digital event platforms. Sitting at the vital intersection of digital customer experience, data integrity, and system functionality, this role is all about ensuring the seamless registration journeys that power major international trade shows and exhibitions across the EMEA region.
This is a highly structured, process-driven specialist role designed for an ultra-organized professional who takes immense pride in delivering flawless execution. You will act as the “last line of defense,” systematically testing end-to-end registration flows, identifying hidden bugs, and ensuring that every system is fully optimized, verified, and ready before it goes live to a global audience.
If you have a borderline-obsessive eye for detail, thrive on methodical checklist-driven work, and want to collaborate with cool international clients and suppliers in an environment backed by exceptional leadership and team support, this is the perfect stage for your skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute Comprehensive QA Testing: Run rigorous, end-to-end quality assurance testing on registration platforms across multiple concurrent events, systematically checking functionality across different devices and browsers.
- Verify Custom Audience Journeys: Test distinct registration flows for visitors, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, and VIPs, ensuring that data fields, form logic, pricing tiers, and discount codes match event specifications perfectly.
- Manage Bug Tracking & Resolutions: Identify, clearly document, and escalate system errors or content discrepancies, managing the feedback loop with technical partners to ensure full resolution before final platform sign-off.
- Ensure Content & Data Integrity: Conduct thorough copy and structural reviews against original event briefs to guarantee perfect grammar, accurate spelling, correct branding, and proper alignment of confirmation communications.
- Manage Workflow Timelines: Take ownership of your testing pipeline across a busy event calendar, proactively prioritizing tasks and flagging delivery risks early to ensure all platforms launch on schedule.
- Contribute to Optimization Playbooks: Actively help improve existing QA frameworks, test scripts, and post-event documentation to optimize future platform builds and internal team efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven Precision & Detail-Orientation: A demonstrated passion for high-accuracy, high-concentration work, with a proven ability to spot subtle data, layout, or process errors that others miss.
- Process-Driven Mindset: Strong organizational skills with a natural inclination for methodical, checklist-oriented workflows and managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Technical & Digital Literacy: High comfort working with digital tools and online systems; a quick, intuitive learner when introduced to new software environments.
- Excellent Written Communication: Exceptional command of English with the ability to write clear, actionable, and professional feedback or bug-tracking logs.
- Data & Software Proficiency: Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) for data tracking, verification, and reporting.
Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. If you do not hear from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful at this time. We thank you for your interest in the role and wish you the best in your career search.
