We are looking for a Marketing Technology Program Manager to join a high-performing global team that builds bespoke tools and technology to power large-scale marketing programs. In this role, you will collaborate with world-class creatives, engineers, product teams, and marketers to develop solutions that elevate digital campaigns and drive meaningful connections with audiences around the world.
You will be a strategic problem-solver who combines marketing expertise with technical fluency-translating business needs into tool requirements, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that programs are executed with precision, efficiency, and creative excellence.
What you will do:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define tool requirements, build roadmaps, and support large-scale digital initiatives.
- Manage landing page and asset requests, ensuring flawless execution alongside engineering and marketing teams.
- Identify technology opportunities that enhance organic channels, social platforms, and partner programs.
- Support tracking, API integration, testing, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Oversee the marketing tools roadmap with external engineering partners.
- Manage risk, timelines, communications, and documentation for complex, fast-moving international projects.
- Serve as a resource for internal teams-providing training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, product marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems (Apple, Android, Chrome), web technologies, CMS systems, and creative file formats.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and translating between business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities.
