With strong traction domestically, the business is now moving into an ambitious phase of international expansion across key global markets.
They provide a SaaS-based ticketing and guest-management platform, enhanced with API connectivity and AI-driven capabilities, creating market-leading operational ecosystems for large-scale operators.

2) About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven New Business Sales Executive to support our client’s next stage of growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business across both UK and international markets, engaging with mid-market and enterprise operators in core sectors such as visitor attractions, cultural and heritage venues, and ferry transportation. You will play a pivotal part in expanding the company’s footprint across major global regions including Europe, the US, and the Middle East.
You will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close, building strong relationships, uncovering customer needs, and positioning high-value solutions. Success will be measured by your ability to cultivate new opportunities, grow revenue, and deliver increased value both to customers and to the organisation.
This position is home-based, with an expected 30-40% travel requirement to the London office and client sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities across target markets and verticals, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients.
* Deliver both remote and on-site demos, pitches, proposals, and periodic discovery workshops.
* Collaborate with the Bid Manager to ensure RFPs and tenders are completed to a high standard and submitted on time.
* Work closely with marketing teams, responding to campaign activity and providing market feedback.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to support ongoing lead generation.
* Engage with industry partners and consultants to pursue joint opportunities.
* Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting across the sales pipeline.
