This Office Manager role is fully onsite, 5 days a week, because you’ll be the go‑to person who keeps everything running smoothly and you’ll play a key role in shaping a high‑performing, vibrant work environment.

What your day could look like:

  • Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Sydney office to ensure a safe, welcoming, and productive environment.
  • Oversee office operations (safety, compliance, repairs, vendors, catering, and facilities).
  • Support new employee onboarding and workplace orientation in collaboration with People & Culture and IT .
  • Plan and coordinate events, team meetings, office activities, and recognition initiatives.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expenses.
  • Assist with preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between leadership and internal teams.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an Office Manager, Administrative, or EA‑type role, ideally within IT services, consulting, or professional services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills – ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
  • High level of discretion and good judgment when handling confidential matters.
  • Tech savvy – confident with Google Suite, Keynote, Excel, and collaboration tools.
  • Calm, adaptable, and solutions‑focused, even in fast‑moving environments.
  • A positive, approachable attitude and a genuine interest in fostering a great workplace experience.

Benefits:

  • Make an impact in an organisation where effective operations and strong leadership support matter.
  • Opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, providing valuable exposure to business strategy and decision‑making.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Attractive package – $110K + super (slightly negotiable for the right person).

If you’re proactive, confident, and love making things happen, you’ll absolutely thrive here! Apply now – urgently shortlisting! Otherwise, for a confidential discussion, give Agatha a call on 0492 150 189.
