Oracle Fusion HCM – Senior Consultant

Salary: £50,000 – £68,000

A well-known global consulting, technology, and digital transformation organisation is looking to hire Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants to join its expanding HR Transformation practice.

This role is suited to experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professionals who can take ownership of delivery activity, support functional workstreams and contribute to the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across complex client environments.

You will work on large-scale HR transformation programmes, supporting clients through the full implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and lead areas of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation delivery
• Own business analysis, process analysis and requirements gathering activity
• Produce functional design documentation and support solution design
• Work across the full end-to-end implementation lifecycle
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support client engagement
• Apply data-led problem solving to complex HR transformation challenges
• Support more junior team members where required

Key experience required:

• Strong Oracle Fusion HCM knowledge gained across delivery or implementation projects
• Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion delivery experience across one or more modules
• Experience working across the full end-to-end implementation lifecycle
• Business analysis and/or process analysis experience within HR transformation
• Functional design experience, including the ability to produce clear documentation
• Experience supporting solution design for HR functions
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and gather requirements
• Experience working with large or complex organisations
• Ability to support junior team members and contribute to successful workstream delivery

Desirable experience:

• Public sector exposure
• Consulting background
• Global programme experience
• HR or project management qualifications
• Experience working in matrix organisations
• Multi-sector transformation experience

Candidates must either already hold SC clearance or be eligible to qualify for it. Candidates must also already have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.

Some travel will be required, with potential for international travel depending on the project.
