Salt is partnering with a highly regarded, New Zealand-owned professional services firm. Known for delivering some of the country’s most notable projects, this organisation brings together passionate specialists who provide independent project management and strategic advisory services, helping clients navigate complex challenges with confidence and clarity.
About the Role:
- Office-based role
- Location: Freeman’s bay, close to public transport, cafe’s and Victoria Park
- $70K per annum + birthday leave, life insurance, annual bonus based on performance
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days look the same. You’ll be supporting across recruitment and broader P&C coordination, including:
- Coordinate high-volume recruitment including interviews, scheduling, candidate communication and agency liaison
- Support on boarding, contracts and employee life cycle administration
- Assist with learning & development coordination, including training and graduate programmes
- Contribute to engagement initiatives, events and wider P&C activities
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure a seamless experience
About You:
You’re a highly organised and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy juggling multiple priorities, keeping things on track, and being the go-to person who makes processes run smoothly. With a natural eye for detail and a collaborative approach, you’re comfortable supporting across a range of people activities and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in a coordination, admin or recruitment support role (2+ Years)
- Some experience in recruitment from internal or agency
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- Confident communicator who can work with a range of stakeholders
- Comfortable working across systems (ATS, spreadsheets, email)
- A flexible, team-focused approach and willingness to get stuck in
