Job Title:
Sales Development Representative – Construction Technology (SaaS)
Location:
Hybrid – Home counties (1 day per week in office)

* Collaborative sales environment where SDRs work closely with experienced BDMs, creating a clear pathway into a full closing role
The Role:
* Join the Sales Development team responsible for generating new business opportunities within the UK construction sector
* Book high-quality discovery meetings for Business Development Managers through targeted outbound activity and inbound lead follow-up
* Work a multi-account, multi-touch outreach strategy, combining calls, emails, LinkedIn and webinar follow-ups
* Engage with senior decision-makers including Operations Directors, Commercial leaders and project stakeholders across construction firms
* Partner closely with an experienced BDM in a pod structure, learning the industry while building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
The Requirements:
* 1-3 years experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role
* Experience in outbound prospecting and high-volume activity environments
* Highly organised with the ability to structure your week, manage outreach sequences and prioritise accounts effectively
* Energetic, resilient and motivated by hitting activity and meeting-booked targets
* Comfortable using modern sales tools, automation platforms or AI tools to optimise prospecting workflows
* Any exposure to SaaS, technology or B2B solution selling would be advantageous but is not essential
The Process:
* 1st: Introductory interview (Video)
* 2nd: Structured interview with sales leadership (including discussion around prospecting strategy and approach)
*Rates depend on experience and client requirements
