My client is a global agency consultancy for eCommerce which provides an end-to-end E-commerce service for their clients, in order to help brands understand their consumers and improve customer experience; from web analytics and recommendations, through to design and delivery.

With a global footprint, an impressive client base and virtually no competition in the market, my client has established themselves as a leading eCommerce agency.

Having grown from 70-270 in the past 2 years, they are now looking for a customer-centric account manager to join the company, where you will be working remotely.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing client support to a portfolio of top tier accounts, acting as the first point of contact.
  • Attend Client meetings 1-2 times a week.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuing that clients are happy with the service.

Your Background:

  • Experience in either an agency or eCommerce company.
  • The ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with top tier clients.
  • Very customer-centric, and self motivated individual.
  • Confident presenting/meeting with senior executives internationally.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
