The SDR role is critical for developing and managing new customer opportunities. The role acts as a bridge between marketing and sales by opening opportunities and ensuring suitable resources from the sales and marketing teams are coordinated to successfully win the opportunity.
The SDR is responsible for engaging multiple decision makers within an account and identifying their individual needs.
