Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to support the design, implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of SAP Ariba solutions across procurement and supply chain functions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, suppliers, and technical teams to deliver scalable source-to-pay (S2P) solutions that improve procurement efficiency, compliance, supplier collaboration, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support SAP Ariba implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Gather and analyse business requirements from procurement, finance, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Configure and support SAPAriba modules including:
  • Buying & Invoicing
  • Sourcing
  • Contracts Management
  • Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
  • Supplier Risk
  • Catalog Management
  • Guided Buying
  • SAP Business Network (formerly Ariba Network)
• Design and execute testing strategies including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Facilitate supplier onboarding and enablement activities.
• Support integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Develop functional specifications and solution documentation.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure procurement processes align with governance, compliance, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years SAP Ariba consulting experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and supplier management processes.
• Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, contract management, and supplier collaboration processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Ariba Certification(s).
• SAP S/4HANA Procurement knowledge.
• SAP MM or SAP Procurement process experience.
• Project implementation and migration experience.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
