Senior Brand Designer

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join the in-house creative team of one of South Africa’s leading financial services brands in Cape Town. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can both originate ideas and execute them to a high standard, working across a broad range of brand and communication touchpoints.

What You Will Be Doing

Working closely with creative leads, copywriters, and stakeholders, you will develop original, strategically aligned creative concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives. You will translate briefs into strong visual ideas, contribute to ideation sessions, and present your thinking with confidence and clarity.

On the execution side, you will produce polished, production-ready layouts for executive presentations, investor packs, reports, and internal communications, as well as visually engaging assets for digital campaigns, print collateral, and branding projects. Maintaining brand consistency and a high level of craft across all outputs is central to this role.

What We Are Looking For

• 5 plus years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual communication
• A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, layout expertise, and campaign work
• Solid experience designing across both print and digital platforms
• Strong experience in presentation design, editorial layout, and brand communication
• Understanding of design systems, typography, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote, this is an essential requirement for this role
• A relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Clear criminal and credit record
