Senior Business Analyst | Cape Town | Office Based
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead system-driven transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and has a proven ability to deliver system changes, enhancements, and full implementations.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage end-to-end system implementation projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and drive change
- Support testing, training, and post-implementation reviews
What you’ll need:
- 5+ year’s experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on system-level projects
- Demonstrated success in delivering system enhancements or implementations (not just reporting or process improvements)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units
