Senior Business Analyst (Data & Anaytics projects)

• Rate : 110 to 125$/ hour + GST

• 2 positions :
• First position : Data & Analytics team (for future transformation program); Data Maturity uplift ; Initial few weeks onsite, then 2days work from home depending upon urgency.
• 2^nd position : focussing on DATA QUALITY ; Data & Analytics team (for future transformation program); Data Maturity uplift ; Initial few weeks onsite, then 2days work from home depending upon urgency.

• The role:

• 1^st position & 2^nd position :
• This role will join the Data and Analytics workstream and be part of an existing team of 20-30 members with an expectation of expansion to support the approved scope of work.
• The Data and Analytics workstream is recently established with it scope being approved in March 2026. It has been focused on establishing the high-level designs of critical capabilities required to support the VD2 delivery and is moving into a staged implementation phase of these critical capabilities. These capabilities include establishment of a Data Stewardship, Enterprise Data Quality, Cloud Data Governance and Catalogue and Master Data Management and an Enterprise Data Platform – EDP.

• The 2^nd position will focus on Data Quality.

• The ideal candidate:

• 1^st position :
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the data domain (preferably in a transformation context)
• Familiarity with public sector processes and governance
• Proficiency with tools such as Word, Excel, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint

• 2^nd position :
• Apart from standard Microsoft Productivity Suite, experience with Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint.
• Experience using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) service, or comparable enterprise data quality tools.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake preferred.

• 1 more position available where in they need : Proven experience leading business and data process analysis, with the ability to map current and future-state processes, data flows, business rules and decision points. Experience designing processes that support data management capabilities such as Master Data Management, Data
• Quality or Data Governance is highly desirable, along with strong knowledge of BPMN or similar process modelling notation.
