New Business Sales Executive – Fraud Prevention SaaS | Enterprise Merchants | Europe

Location: UK-based (remote/hybrid)

Sector: Fraud Prevention / Payments Technology

Level: Senior Individual Contributor

£100,000 Basic £200,000 OTE + Car Allowance

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join a genuine market leader in merchant fraud prevention – a business that consistently wins the industry’s top awards, is recognised by the leading analyst houses, and counts some of Europe’s most recognisable retailers, airlines, telcos and gaming operators among its customers.

As a result of continued growth, they are looking for an exceptional enterprise new business sales professional to join their European merchant team. You’ll be selling a best-in-class fraud prevention SaaS platform to enterprise merchants across Europe – working high-value, complex deals with senior stakeholders including Heads of Fraud, Payments Directors and CFOs.

This is not a volume role. You will be targeting a focused portfolio of enterprise accounts, closing three to four landmark deals per year against a meaningful but achievable target. You’ll walk into genuine pipeline from day one – the brand is well known, inbound interest is strong, and you’ll be supported by a dedicated SDR. But this business wants a hunter, not an order taker.

What You’ll Be Doing

Identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities across enterprise merchants in Europe

Targeting key verticals including Retail & eCommerce, Travel & Airlines, Telco, and Gaming & Gambling

Leading the full sales cycle from first contact through to commercial close – including stakeholder mapping, business case development, and contract negotiation

Working in partnership with your SDR to build pipeline, while being equally capable and comfortable self-generating opportunities

Collaborating with pre-sales, fraud analytics and customer success teams to deliver compelling, consultative proposals

Representing the business at industry events, including the Merchant Risk Council and relevant vertical forums

Accurately forecasting your pipeline and contributing to European revenue planning

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record of new business sales in fraud prevention, payments risk, or adjacent SaaS – selling into enterprise merchants

Direct experience selling into one or more of the following verticals: Retail & eCommerce, Travel, Telco, Gaming & Gambling

Comfortable operating in a low-volume, high-value deal environment – you know how to build and sustain momentum across a long enterprise sales cycle

A genuine hunter mentality – you don’t wait for leads to land in your inbox, but you know how to convert them when they do

Strong commercial acumen – you can build a business case, navigate procurement, and hold your own in a negotiation

Experience engaging with fraud, payments and finance buyers at enterprise level

Pan-European sales experience preferred; fluency in a second European language is a bonus but not essential

Why This Role

Market-leading product with a strong existing brand – you’re not selling an unknown

Inbound pipeline and SDR support from day one – structured for success

Enterprise-only focus – no SMB noise, no volume pressure

Competitive base, uncapped commission and a sensible OTE structure

A business with genuine ambition and the roadmap to back it up

*Rates depend on experience and client requirements
