Senior New Business Developer | Enterprise Payments | Europe | Remote
A globally recognised payments technology company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales professional to join their merchant payments team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused exclusively on net-new business – but with real support behind you: existing pipeline, dedicated SDR resource, and a strong cross-functional team.
You’ll be selling complex, enterprise-grade payment solutions to major merchants across commercial sectors like Retail, Travel, Utilities, and Telco across Europe. These aren’t quick wins – they’re strategic, multi-stakeholder deals that require patience, resilience, and sharp commercial instincts. You’ll need to be assertive and credible at C-suite level, and equally comfortable guiding and mentoring SDRs to generate the right pipeline focus.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of enterprise merchant payments sales experience, a demonstrable history of self-sourcing and closing significant new logo deals, and the drive to operate with autonomy in a remote environment. Experience across omni-channel, acquiring, or gateway solutions would be a strong advantage.
