We are partnering with a global, integrated creative agency to support the hiring of an Account Supervisor for a high-profile, technology-focused client. This agency operates at a global scale, with deep roots in Asia and North America, and is known for delivering insight-led, data-driven, and technology-enabled work for some of the world’s most recognized brands.

This role sits within a fast-paced, collaborative team supporting a major consumer technology brand, making Korean language fluency essential.

About the Role

This is a multi-dimensional, client-facing role that plays a critical part in delivering culturally relevant, high-quality work. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal agency teams, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and strong execution across projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, partnering with senior account leadership to deliver operational excellence, speed to market, and strong financial management
  • Deeply understanding client briefs and translating them into clear, actionable direction for internal creative and delivery teams
  • Leading internal kick-offs and ensuring briefs are distilled into easily digestible formats
  • Owning projects across assigned lines of business, managing both small- and large-scale initiatives with increasing autonomy
  • Managing client objectives, expectations, timelines, and ongoing communication to ensure alignment across all stakeholders
  • Acting as a brand steward, with a strong understanding of brand guidelines and standards
  • Owning internal workflows to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency of output
  • Leading client meetings and internal agency team meetings with confidence
  • Proactively identifying risks and developing contingency plans
  • Supporting CRM, digital, e-commerce, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Prior experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign Manager) is a plus

About You

  • Highly organized, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • A strong relationship builder who collaborates well with clients and internal teams
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to operate with minimal guidance when needed
  • Naturally curious and motivated to continuously learn and grow
  • A thoughtful communicator who reads people and situations well
  • Calm, confident, and accountable in your approach
  • Digitally savvy, with a strong interest in culture, technology, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
  • 4+ years of client-facing advertising agency experience
  • Experience managing the delivery of integrated work across digital, CRM, e-commerce, and/or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong understanding of client and agency operations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid NYC office environment (4 days on-site per week)
  • Open to occasional travel and extended hours during peak project periods
