Contract Business Analyst / Senior (Telecom, Order management)

• Work for a top-notch enterprise Kiwi brand in the telecommunication domain from mobile, broadband, entertainment, and cloud services, all the way through to high-tech solutions such as AI, IoT, and 5G.

• Playing a big part in their CRM transformation programme; Large piece of work
• Contract role with initial 6 months with a high possibility of extension (some contractors have had 2/3+ extensions)
• Flexible & hybrid (1 day a week WFH)
• Auckland CBD based (4days per week mandatory in office)
• Immediate joining preferred
• Payrate: $100 to 120 per hour (approx., open to negotiate for the best fit)

The role:

• The organisation is undergoing a major CRM transformation, migrating from Siebel to Salesforce. The first phase of the program focuses on launching Salesforce CRM with mobile capability by March next year. Subsequent phases will support Managed Data & Services and IoT offerings across Enterprise, Government, and SME customer segments.
• As part of this transformation, the change in backend systems presents an opportunity to significantly enhance customer experience through the implementation of a new customer portal using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• The program is currently in the Design phase and requires an additional Business Analyst with strong Telecom Order Management experience to support solution design and delivery.

• Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements with a focus on Telecom Order Management with Enterprise, Government and SME customers.
• Work closely with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams during the design phase
• Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise, government, and SME customer requirements

The ideal candidate:

· Candidates / BA’s / Senior BA’s from Telecom background ONLY having Order management experience. (non negotiable).

· CRM or Salesforce experience (preferred, if it’s a combination of both, then that’s a perfect fit).

· Experience with Experience Cloud (good to have).

· Can join quickly/ within 2 to 4 weeks , earlier if possible.
