Salt is hiring a ‘Creator Acquisition Specialist‘ who will be responsible for driving creator acquisition and growth by identifying, onboarding, and developing high-potential affiliate creators. This role focuses on identifying high-potential creators, initiating outreach, and driving successful onboarding into e-commerce livestreaming
Key Responsibilities
- Creator Lead Sourcing: Identify and qualify high-potential creators across TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
- Retrieve accurate contact information of email, phone, and agency
- Initiate cold outreach via phone calls, email, and other channels
- Pitch livestream e-commerce opportunities tailored to each creator profile
- Handle objections and negotiate onboarding incentives where needed
- Drive creators to first livestream
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus)
- Comfortable with cold call outreach and handling rejection
- Highly execution-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through
- Detail-oriented with good data tracking habits
