We are seeking a senior Credit Card Program Lead to own and operate our end-to-end US credit card program as we transition to a new issuing and processing partner. This role will have full responsibility for issuer and processor selection, program design, regulatory and compliance readiness, launch execution, and ongoing performance. You will act as the primary owner of sponsor bank and ecosystem partner relationships, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to deliver a regulator-ready, scalable credit card program. This is a highly visible role requiring deep US credit card expertise, hands-on execution experience, and the credibility to operate in a highly regulated, crypto-adjacent environment.
