We are partnering with a leading global provider of enterprise software solutions to hire a Customer Relationship Manager to support and grow key banking sector accounts across the UAE and wider GCC region.
This is a high-impact client-facing role focused on strengthening long-term partnerships with financial institutions, ensuring successful adoption of complex digital solutions, and driving account growth through strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with banking clients across the region
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders within customer organisations
- Drive account strategy, retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Work closely with internal delivery, product, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Identify customer needs and translate them into long-term value-based solutions
- Monitor account health and proactively manage risks and escalations
- Support commercial discussions including renewals and contract negotiations
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or customer relationship roles within banking technology
- Strong understanding of banking operations, digital transformation, or core banking systems
- Track record of managing enterprise-level clients and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- UAE or GCC market experience
