Overview
Our client, a Microsoft Partner, are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join their team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional workshops to capture business requirements and map them to BC capabilities
- Design, configure, and validate Business Central modules with best-practice processes
- Support data migration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and integration activities
- Prepare functional documentation including configuration, training and process guides
- Provide post-go-live hypercare and user support for continuous improvements
- Collaborate with technical/development teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
Required Experience:
- 7-8 years’ experience as a Business Central or Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant
- Strong functional knowledge in at least two of: Finance, SCM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects
- Hands-on experience with upgrades, enhancements, and multi-entity rollouts
- Familiar with AL extensions, Power Platform components, and third-party integrations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business challenges into solutions
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills – English required, Arabic a plus
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central
- GCC project experience or knowledge of regional localization requirements
