Senior ServiceNow Consultant

An established European ServiceNow consultancy is expanding into the UAE and is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to help build and shape its regional presence.

This is not just another delivery role. This is an opportunity to play a key part in growing a ServiceNow practice from the ground up – combining hands-on technical expertise with client advisory, presales support, and market development.

The Role:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable platform solutions
• Design and build advanced workflows, integrations, and customisations
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients
• Support presales activities, demos, and proposals
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building
• Help define delivery standards and best practices for the UAE market
• Contribute to business growth through relationships and networking

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow consulting experience
• Strong expertise in at least one core module:
• ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SPM
• Deep technical knowledge including:
• JavaScript & Glide APIs
• Flow Designer
• REST/SOAP integrations
• CMDB & Discovery
• Ability to work independently in a high-autonomy environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Certifications (CSA / CIS / CAD) highly advantageous.
