Salt Search has partnered with one of the world’s most recognised technology brands to recruit for a highly visible opportunity within its APAC Marketing team.
You’ll sit at the centre of some of the region’s largest integrated marketing campaigns, partnering with senior marketing leaders, creative teams, production, media, communications, legal and agency partners to bring complex campaigns to life across APAC.
You’ll be the person responsible for ensuring ambitious marketing ideas become reality. From building campaign operating models and managing agency ecosystems through to navigating stakeholder complexity and keeping large-scale integrated launches on track, you’ll play a critical role in helping some of APAC’s most influential marketing programs succeed.
The contract is currently approved through 18 December 2026, with strong potential to extend into 2027 or convert to permanent.
Why Apply?
- Very flexible work-from-home policy. Their office is based in the Sydney CBD, although it is not mandatory to attend; however, it is preferred once a week or fortnight.
- Join a globally recognised consumer technology brand at the forefront of innovation.
- Own end-to-end program management for integrated campaigns across APAC.
- Work directly with senior regional and global marketing leadership.
- Lead complex, multi-market initiatives spanning brand, media, creative, production and communications.
- Opportunity for occasional APAC & global travel.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end program management for Australia’s integrated brand campaigns, from strategic planning and creative brief development through creative development, production, launch, and post-campaign reporting. Channels include TV/OTT, OLV, OOH/DOOH, social, display, and influencer/creator/publisher partnerships.
- Design and run the Australia operating system: integrated schedules, campaign source of truth, RASCI for brief/creative/media approvals, review cadences (local marketing, then regional leadership, then creative leadership, then XFN), and milestone-based Legal, Policy, and Business Affairs reviews planned upfront.
- Manage the multi-agency model across creative, media, TV buying, and comms/influencer partners, including scope, deliverable lists, SOWs and bids, meeting cadences, and communication flows. Consolidate leadership feedback and deliver it back to agencies with clarity.
- Ensure production teams follow Australia-specific production requirements. Build timelines from prior learnings and maintain a live view of live-date risks and delays.
- Lead Australia Local Programs such as event-based programs, influencer/creator/publisher work, pilots, and coordinating with Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Comms, and Product.
- Build and maintain the Australia reporting plan (launch, mid-campaign, and final integrated reports; monthly campaign reports; etc.) in partnership with Australia Marketing, Media, and Consumer Insights.
- Run structured retros after each launch and turn learnings into an Australia-specific playbook for onboarding team members and agency partners.
About You
- 7+ years’ experience in Program Management, Marketing Operations, Agency Account Management, Integrated Production or a related discipline.
- Strong experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Agency, global tech or market-leading consumer brand background
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and agency partners simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating across APAC markets and collaborating across multiple time zones.
- Strong commercial, organisational and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with Airtable, Asana, Google Workspace or similar workflow tools is highly regarded.
- Experience within technology, consumer platforms, marketplaces, media or high-growth brands will be highly regarded.
- Confident working with senior leadership and influencing decisions without direct authority.
