Freelance Marketer (SEO, Automation & Performance)

4-6 week contract full-time (likely to extend) | Sydney CBD (2 days onsite)

$400/Day Including Super | Immediate Start Preferred

A rare opportunity to partner with a high-growth, premium financial services organisation known for its strong brand, ambitious growth plans, and investment in digital. This is a hands-on, high-impact engagement where you’ll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities and execute across key performance channels.

They’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between strategy and execution, not just identifying what needs to be done, but rolling up their sleeves and building it. This role is likely to extend for a longer period

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive SEO initiatives (technical and/or content, depending on your strengths)
• Identify and execute growth opportunities across digital channels
• Build and optimise landing pages to improve conversion performance
• Implement and enhance marketing automation workflows in HubSpot
• Support and optimise paid social activity (Meta)
• Work across a variety of tasks within the business unit, adapting to priority needs
• Act as a bridge between leadership and junior team members to ensure delivery

What They’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience across SEO, marketing automation, and digital performance
• Strong execution capability, able to build, not just strategise
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across seniority levels
• Someone who can quickly embed into a team and add value from day one
