Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Germany (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary Package: €80,000 – €120,000 per annum + Uncapped OTE & Benefits

The Role:
· Customer Success Manager – remotely based anywhere in Germany.
· Managing relationships with 4 strategic accounts with multi-million annual spend.
· Overseeing the planning and delivery of services in line with SLA’s and QBR’s.
· Responsible for commercial renewals, retention, and account growth.
· Reporting to the Head of Customer Success and collaborating cross functionally.
The Person:
· 5 years of proven customer management experience within the technology sector.
· Demonstrable track record growing enterprise accounts through up/cross selling.
· Strong technical background, project management skills and technology delivery.
· Detailed knowledge of the Automotive industry having worked with big brands.
· MUST SPEAK native/fluent German and English.
