Technical Implementation Consultant

What you’ll bring?

  • 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce or related digital/technical fields
  • Must have hands-on experience implementing Adobe Commerce (Magento) solutions
  • Ability to own the software implementation process end-to-end
  • Must have a strong understanding of API integrations
  • A strong blend of technical skills, business knowledge and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, including but not limited to; payments, checkout flows, integrations, and web technologies.
  • Basic hands-on coding experience with PHP and JavaScript
  • An understanding of cloud-based architectures for customisation and solution delivery.
  • A proven track record of working in client-facing positions
  • The ability to lead multiple client engagements at a time
  • Prior experience working closely with client teams including Marketers and Developers
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical architecture in detail with clients
  • Capability to troubleshoot implementation issues directly with customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Understanding client eCommerce environments and gathering detailed business requirements
  • Running customer discovery sessions
  • Lead end-to-end Adobe Commerce solution design, implementation, and integration.
  • Configuring and customising Adobe Commerce using modules, APIs, PHP, and JavaScript.
  • Supporting client developers, marketers and third-party partners throughout the implementation process
  • Testing, troubleshooting, and optimising solution performance, scalability, and security.
  • Working closely with clients and partner teams whilst managing multiple implementation projects at once.
