About the Role:
- Office based in Eden Terrace, WFH on Fridays
- Monday to Friday, 20-30 Hours per week
- $40 per hour + 8% holiday pay
- ASAP to September 15th
Reporting into the CEO who will be travelling overseas, this role will be key to keep things moving on the ground in New Zealand until he returns.
You will be responsible for:
- Communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Managing Inboxes and responding promptly
- General administration and Adhoc duties
- Supporting the leadership team
About you:
- 1-2+ years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant or strong Coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident working autonomously and a self starter
- Adaptable and eager to help
