Media Delivery & Operations Manager + Great Benefits – Hybrid (London) – Regulatory/Gaming Industry
This role does not involve campaign strategy, audience planning, or channel mix decisions.

Sitting within the Marketing & Brand team, this is a brand-new opportunity to become the glue between key areas of the business including media strategy, influencers, partnerships and channels, supporting a variety of games and products. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain media delivery timelines across agencies and channels
- Track whether deliverables actually land when promised
- Make sure SOWs, contracts, and usage align with what’s running
- Chase agencies when things drift
- Keep senior stakeholders confident that media is under control
- Own the mechanics, not the ideas
- Ensure regulatory and compliance boxes are ticked
Skills & Experience
- Strong project management experience – end to end
- Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, deliverables and cross‑functional workflows
- Understanding of media channels (e.g. programmatic, Video, Print, OOH, Audio; digital is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with agencies or external delivery partners
- Looking for individuals from a media operation, media delivery, project management background
